Register your HOYA Ondol warranty
Register your system once installation is complete. It records when the system was installed and which licensed trades connected it, which makes any future warranty claim simpler.
Before you start
Have these details ready:
- the date installation was completed
- the HOYA Ondol panels used, the floor finish and the heat source
- the plumbing business and licence number for the manifold and heat source connections
- the electrical business and licence number, if electrical work was done
- your quote or invoice number, if you have it
Warranty conditions: the manufacturer’s warranty requires manifold, heat pump and boiler connections to be made by a licensed plumber, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. These conditions apply to the manufacturer’s warranty only and do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Read the Returns and Warranty page.
